For orders postage will be free (except Cylinders, weights and objects over 6Kg) inside the Spanish territory using “Correos” If another means of sending is chosen, such as “Postal Exprés" (Express Post) a cost estimate will be calculated depending on the quantity of products to be posted, the type of package, the distance and discounts according to each packet, the exact cost of each item will be sent by email.
The time of delivery also varies depending on the geographical situation of the destination, Spain, rest of Europe etc.
If you are not satisfied with your goods, you have 7 days to return them and you will be given the money back.
The purchaser will have to pay the postage of returned items.
For refunds to be acceptable the goods must return in their original packing with NO damages, complete, without alterations that would impede their sale, together with a photocopy of the invoice.
The purchaser should give their personal bank details to be able to make the transfer of the refund discounting the bank charges of the same and before requested.
Refunds will not be acceptable if the foresaid is not fore filled.
The client will never reveal us their credit card and so you can be completely secure in all your dealings.
